One of the main features of HSD is the automated picking: the requested medicines are picked from the robotic arm and are available for the pharmacist directly at the delivery point (configurable in different areas in the frontal part of the machine).
The speed of picking, so the time in which the medicine is delivered are:

maximum time : 9 seconds
Different exterior furniture are available in order to best integrate the HSD robot in the environment of the pharmacy (panelling, front doors, internal light).
